Listed an automotive item...stated in 2 places in the listing that 1 of the mounting ears was broken/chipped off....The pictures showed the aforementioned broken ear...Listing also stated to be sure of what you are looking at ,as there are no refunds..anyway, guy hit BIN, got them yesterday, and says they are not as described, due to the broked ear. He filed an ebay case....we replied they are exactly as described and pointed out in our response what I stated here.....waiting to see how this plays out...and of course paypal froze the payment from the guy...Will be back and post the results...

Buyers know they can get free stuff from eBay sellers. It's easy to open a case and eBay refunds their money. Chances are the seller never gets his item back either.
There is even an eBook on Amazon titled "The Great BIG eBay Con - How to buy just about anything and get your money back" get FREE Stuff! Oh yea eBay brown nosing their buyers has really bit their sellers in the ASS!

Hahahahaha.. That Amazon eBook must have went over like a fart in church during eBay's board meeting. The listing went poof..
But we snagged a screen shot of it and a bunch of comments about eBay..
