Such a shame! Nice group of guys there, and that forum's always been a lot of fun. It's been the one forum that's always been a constant for me for quite a few years...and I USED to brag that it was the one forum I hadn't been banned from!

So many seem to take the censorship in stride......which I don't understand. I know the forum is addictive- but sheesh! Ya just gotta draw the line somewhere- and it's no fun when everything we post gets moved, deleted or censored...and for STUPID non-reasons.

I am weaning myself of it.....I've cut my posting there down by about 90%......just gotta get over that last 10% and I'll be Ebay-free! Heck, I stopped selling there in '08. Stopped buying anything there (other than a few cheap trinkets) because now-a-days, you an get it cheaper anywhere else....it just amazes me how Ebay seems to be intentionally allienating everyone- from sellers; to buyers; to forum participants. Nice way to destroy a mighty business that once had no competition.

I still say that the fools who run Ebay are the same guys who are in Congress!

And the general public is catching on. Used to be, everyone'd ay "Sell it on Ebay". Now, most places I look, if someone asks about selling their unwanted items, everyone's saying Craigslist- and that there are too many scam buyers and the fees are too high on Ebay.

Go figure- CL, a site that was started by a fudgepacker to connect with bend-over buddies, is now the good place....and Ebay is the place where we take it up the ass! Talk about irony!
