
The 1st thing is to verify it's a legitimate deal. Never pay for a car with any kind of cash card, or western union, moneygram etc.
If the price is way lower than the book value suspect fraud, or major problems. Between the fraudsters and bad sellers a person can get taken advantage of very easily.
